When checking out please review the information you are sending. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT. Any order returned due to insufficient address will result in you having to repay the shipping fee. If you don't wish to repay for a shipping label, you will be refunded and that does exclude the shipping cost.

 

 

Alexis Jaeigh is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen packages. It is our job to make sure our customers are satisfied with our products. Therefore we will do our best to solve any problems that will occur.

 

 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

There is a strict no refund policy. All orders that are placed with Alexis Jaeigh are shipped out with in 1 week of placing order and  2-3 weeks with high volume of orders. It takes 1-2 business days to process your order from when it was placed. Refunds are not to be processed unless there was a mistake or damage  while your order was in transit.
